Company Background In 1996 In-The-Can Video Productions was formed in South Africa as a broadcast video production company. In 2001 the business expanded to Hong Kong, China and Taiwan. We then decided to change the name to ITC Video & Photo. Over the years we have also gained more experience and credibility in corporate events, music, fashion, and wedding video & photography. Directors Willem van der Merwe started In-The-Can Video Productions in Cape Town after 13 years of professional experience as a sound engineer at the South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC). Willem is a skilled producer, videographer and photographer, with experience doing work for CNN, National Geographic, Asian TV advertisements, independent films, corporate video productions, including event management and stage design for companies in Hong Kong, Taiwan and China. Linda Yee has more than 20 years experience in connecting producers, actors, models, talents, location seekers and camera crews from the US, Britain, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, and China for clients like Intel, Nokia, Lexus, Orbotech, Ford, MacDonalds, Suntory Whisky (with Andy Lau). Linda has coordinated, arranged, and on occasion co-produced international video, film and photo productions for TV, fashion magazines, corporate events, ramp models and theme parks in Asia. With unparallelled language and communication skills, Linda speaks fluent English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Taiwanese, ensuring that clear communication among multinational crews can be maintained.
